A) Nour Institute Inc’s organizational structure is not different from most similar non-profit organizations, whose objective is to help sectors of society in need. We have established a management structure capable of exerting efficient control over the organization itself and intended purposes.
B) Nour Institute Inc is composed of members who participate and provide input in terms of operating the organization. Most of them are volunteers. Members have the right to participate in planning and executing current and future activities.
C) Our Board of Directors in particular consists of founding members and other important officers who are coherent with our organization’s objectives.
D) The Board of Directors appoints the Chairman (CEO), the Vice-Chairman, the Executive Director, the Secretary, the Treasurer, and the Administrative Body to manage the day-to-day activities deem necessary to realize our goals.
E) The Board of Directors creates different Committees to execute main objectives. These are: the Governance Committee, the Development Committee, the Budget Committee, the Project Committee, and the Executive Committee.
